Building a High performance Culture
You’re a Founder or CEO who wants to build a culture of high performance, but you don’t know exactly how. Copying and pasting performance review processes from scaled companies, and adopting out-of-the-box management training doesn’t feel right. I’ll build a step by step plan for how to get from where you are to a culture of continuously raising the bar in a way that’s rightsized for your company.
Existing Plan Review
You’re a People or Recruiting Leader who has an existing plan - either function wide, team wide, or for a specific initiative - but you want a “gut check.” I’ll provide a detailed review of your plan, and and relevant alternative recommendations.
Problem Definition & Solution
You’re a Founder, CEO, People or Recruiting leader who’s thinking about all the possible things they could work on and can’t get past “where do I start?” I’ll identify 1-3 key priorities for the People team over the next 6-12 mos, the most leveraged solutions, and relevant implementation documents.
